At Hidral, we are very proud to be part of the vibrant business fabric of Seville and, even more, to witness the great milestones that our city reaches in the field of industrial engineering.
The Official College of Industrial Engineers of Western Andalusia (COIIAOC) has taken the initiative to bring the knowledge of Industrial Engineering directly to society in the visible place it deserves. For this purpose, this urban exhibition has been launched under the name La Ingeniería Industrial 'Solucionar problemas, superar límites' (Industrial Engineering: Solving problems, overcoming limits), which has been located next to Puerta de Jerez in Seville. The exhibition provides an overview of the professional excellence of Andalusian industrial engineering. It will be available until May 23.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Secretary General of Energy of the Junta de Andalucía, Manuel Larrasa Rodríguez; the President of the Port Authority of Seville, Rafael Carmona; the Governing Board of COIIAOC and representatives of the main Andalusian engineering companies.
This exhibition is not only an opportunity to highlight the progress and relevance of industrial engineering in our region, but also serves to raise awareness of local companies with a long history, as is the case of Hidral, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year. At the same time, such initiatives help to promote discussions on the crucial role of local businesses as agents of change and progress. From agriculture to renewable energy and elevation, through digital transformation, industrial engineering is a fundamental engine in solving the current and future challenges facing our society.
As our particular exhibition mupi reads: 'Industrial engineering contributes to meeting human needs to move, access, communicate, trade and form relationships freely, without sacrificing other basic human or environmental values. Solving complex problems to respond to current and future challenges, always at the forefront and committed to sustainability’.
We are honored to be a part of this exhibition and to share our story and achievements with the community.
The companies that accompany us in the exhibition are J. Huesa Water Technology, Inerco, Teknoservice SL, Keyter Technologies, Azvi Group, Ghenova, Cubicoff Ingenieria Abierta and Quantica Renovables.
