8 tons EH4C goodslift

The EH/4C platforms are, due to their characteristics, one of our most suitable products for vertically moving loads of large volumes and weight. In their standard design, they allow loads of between 4 and 10 tonnes, although we have even manufactured this model for special projects, which had the capacity to move vertically up to 40 tonnes. This type of equipment, which is a challenge, is also the best example of what we are capable of manufacturing and of the experience and know-how of our team, capable of designing lifting platforms for huge loads, guaranteeing total safety and quality down to the last detail.

EH/4C platforms with 4 column

The particular design of the EH/4C with 4 columns, one for each corner of the shaft, provides great stability and capacity to move large loads. The four columns provide great robustness and allow the possibility of having 4 shipments, one on each side. This offers great versatility and makes it easy to adapt to any project, making it one of the most popular loading platforms for large-scale projects. 

This particular project has been installed by our client Flexitec, who have been installing Hidral platforms for years and have a long history of well-executed works and impeccable advice to the end customer to offer the loading platform model that best suits the technical specifications of each project and the tastes and needs of each client.

This EH4C platform is just another example of a well-finished installation. It is located in a building used for the storage of goods, and has all the necessary safety measures to ensure correct use of the platform. It is one of the largest lifts installed by Flexitec and is 11,000 mm long and 3,500 mm wide. This giant, which is prepared for a travel of 12 metres, has a load capacity of 8 tonnes, is without a doubt a singular platform, with unique characteristics and with a spectacular result.

The special touch came from the client, the building had very particular characteristics, on each floor the doors have a different size, for which they developed security systems with luminous strips and sensors that guarantee that there is no type of accident with loads that are too high and that prevent them from stopping on floors where they cannot exit. A somewhat complex concept that has made a very special basic platform into a unique product in the world.
