kits of usual spare parts

From now on with the purchase of all our products we will offer the possibility of acquiring kits of usual spare parts with the most requested parts from our Spareparts department. 

This new possibility, which will be available from week 50, arises to improve the service we offer to our customers and make it easier for them to reduce repair and preventive maintenance times, thus improving their customer service.

By having the most requested spare parts for each device in advance, waiting times for each incident are eliminated and it is easier for the devices to be idle for the shortest possible time. The reduction of repair times can be crucial in facilities that are in hospitals, medical centers or factories, for example.

As part of the efforts to develop new ways to meet the needs of our customers, the prices of these kits will be adjusted so that they are affordable and attractive and their use is contemplated on a regular basis with each purchase, always remembering that it is something totally optional.
