We want to inform you that at HIDRAL S.A we have acted with the greatest possible prudence since the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19 began.

 We have acted, we are acting and we will act with the highest possible doses of foresight, caution and concern to ensure the safety of our collaborators and guarantee the continuity of your orders in production.

For this reason, we have applied contingency plans and security protocols, designed according to the guidelines set by the Public Administrations, which have been agreed with the different social agents.

We want to calm down the uncertainty as much as possible about it. We execute internal security protocols to ensure the safety of our collaborators in our production centers and we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the supply chain of critical components that guarantee the continuity of our services and production.

All that allows us to inform you that your orders are currently in production without any incident.

On the other hand, we are reducing the visits of the commercial and after-sales departments, unless is essential, because of the safety of our collaborators and their environment. We are promoting the use of on-line communication methods to guarantee service and attention in all aspects.

We are in permanent contact with public administrations, social agents and collaborators in our supply chain. We will inform you about any news that may occur as a result of the current situation or eventuality. We want to let you know that we are quite prepared for that.
