The Management of Hidral S.A. understands that Quality is a key strategic factor to be able to adapt to an increasingly competitive and changing market and therefore bases its quality policy on expressing and transmitting its commitment to the following principles:<\/p>

The most important thing is meeting the needs and expectations of our customers<\/strong>taking into account the legal and regulatory provisions.<\/p>

We must offer a high level of service and commitment to the customer<\/strong>by contributing to it:<\/p>

  • Products with high reliability, aiming for zero defects<\/li>
  • Excellent service, quick response<\/li>
  • Advice and training on the operation of our products<\/li>
  • Offering turnkey solutions, including transport and logistics<\/li>
  • Establish a process of continuous improvement<\/strong> based on process indicators and the analysis of input data.<\/li>
  • Encouraging innovation<\/strong> as a systematic, continuous and wide-ranging process; promoting entrepreneurship.<\/li>
  • Setting annual targets<\/strong> that are aligned with this policy, identifying the requirements and resources needed to achieve them.<\/li>
  • Encouraging communication<\/strong>and teamwork between all employees and the different departments.<\/li>
  • Promoting professional development<\/strong> of all employees through training and the enhancement of their skills; we also try to meet their needs as far as possible and offer them a satisfactory working environment. In addition, we aim to offer remuneration above the labour market average within our environment and sector; we strive to be fair and non-discriminatory, promoting equal treatment and opportunities in the workplace.<\/li>
  • Promoting quality culture<\/strong>as well as the health and safety at work<\/strong>means a more efficient use of business resources and therefore lower costs and higher productivity.<\/li>
  • Strive for austerity<\/strong> and to have adequate control over expenditure.<\/li>
  • Promote transparency and honesty.<\/strong> All initiatives and projects to be launched must be aligned with the company's positioning, strategy and policies.<\/li><\/ul>

    This policy applies to all the activities and centres of HIDRAL S.A. and will be subject to periodic review by the Management in order to adapt to the current situation. This statement will be disseminated to all members of the organisation, so that it is understood and taken into account in day-to-day activities, and will also be available to companies and interested parties.<\/p>
