We have revolutionised our painting processes by using an epoxy paint combined with a catalyst that guarantees exceptional endurance and prevents iron oxidation. But there's more. Before applying this innovative paint, we subject our products to a rigorous cleaning treatment with a special metal cleaner that removes rust and opens the pores of the iron, allowing the paint to adhere with unparalleled strength. This integral process is the key to the resistance and durability that distinguish our equipment.

In addition, a new painting system is added to the implementation of these changes through the combination of machine and electrostatic charge airbrush gun, ensuring a superior quality surface finish.

Our pursuit of excellence does not stop there; we are also committed to environmental care. Thanks to these improvements, we have significantly reduced emissions to meet the VOC guidelines on liquid and organic compounds. And, no less important, we have reduced waste and solvents by a staggering 70 %.
