Welding marks cleaning on stainless steel floor

In line with Hidral's ongoing improvements in quality and manufacturing processes, we show here a cleaning procedure using an electrochemical system, carried out by our Quality Department and Production staff.

WELDING MARKS CLEANING ON STAINLESS STEEL FLOOR


This technique consists of manually applying the D&W torch with an electrolytic solution of Bomar liquid on each welding mark. Subsequently, an INOX FIT solution is applied using a spray to clean the surface and, finally, scrubbing and drying using a cloth. After a final washing of the entire surface, the floor is ready to be sent to our customers for installation.
