Exhibition Andalusian Engineering around the world

Hidral participates with two of our international installations in an exhibition of the Association of Industrial Engineers of Andalusia in the emblematic Avenida de la Constitución, in Seville. The exhibition, called 'INGENIERÍAS ANDALUZAS POR EL MUNDO' (ANDALUSIAN ENGINEERING WORLDWIDE), gathers a series of twelve mupis in which some of the most relevant engineering works carried out by Andalusian companies in other countries are exhibited in large format panels. The exhibition is a bid to raise public awareness of the value and innovative capacity of Andalusian engineers.

The aim is for the public to become aware of the value and talent that resides in the field of industrial engineering," explained the dean of the Association of Industrial Engineers, Juan Carlos Durán, "and specifically in the field of Andalusian engineering. We also aspire to promote the practice of the profession of industrial engineering from Andalusia, as well as its studies and its possibilities for personal fulfilment".

Under the slogan, "We make it all work", industrial engineers aspire to make society perceive the value and imprint of their work in countless everyday objects, from a pen or a hairdryer to a mobile phone.

Other renowned companies have participated in the exhibition, which will be available throughout the month, such as: Acerinox, Azvi, Covap, Cubicoff, Ghenova, Heineken, Hidral, J. Huesa, Inerco, Irradia, Isotrol, MP Ascensores and Teknoservice.

Our participation includes two very special facilities because of their magnitude and their spectacular installation:

EHDC Goods lift

Our client Castor Mekaniske AS masterfully installed 4 EHDC-3000 double column platforms, capable of vertically moving loads of up to 3000kg. They are located in Norway, in a large furniture chain well known in the country.

The EHDC platforms are characterised by their large load capacity, the largest model can move up to 10 tons, and by offering large surfaces (which makes them perfect for transporting bulky packages). Hidral's EHDCs make it possible to transport the load with the forklift, which speeds up the processes and makes it a very appropriate platform for large logistics warehouses, factories and other facilities that require moving large and heavy packages.

The floor of these platforms is much larger than it usually is in other models, this is thanks to its two columns facing each other that make it possible to offer a large surface in a safe way.

QHG Goods and passenger lift

The other project that we have exposed from Hidral is a magnificent installation that has 3 QHG goods and passenger lift with capacity to move up to 5000kg each one during a route of 15m. 

The cabins of these hydraulic lifts, 3x5m, are spectacularly large, but the result is impeccable, between the three of this installation have already made more than 22000 trips more than satisfactorily, transmitting to its users a feeling of quality and comfort of which we are very proud.

Hidral's QHG Lifts have an electrical anti-drift system that guarantees an automatic re-levelling and, in addition, it can also include a quick re-levelling equipment to add more speed and precision in the re-levelling or a mechanical anti-drift device, which allows the perfect leveling of the floor during the loading and unloading process.
